Remarks:

  • Payment has to be effected immediately along with the registration and be made in US Dollars to secure the registration.
  • No registration will be confirmed before the payment is received. The registration form must indicate the chosen mode of payment. All payments and related documents must be clearly marked with the participant's name and ¡§ICA2008¡¨
  • A confirmation will be sent to you by FAX or EMAIL upon receiving your completed form and payment. Should you do not receive the notice within 21 days upon sending your form, please kindly contact the Congress Secretariat for further assistance.
  • No refund can be made for cancellation by the participants but a substitute delegate is normally permitted. The cancellation should be done by written notification to the Congress Secretriat at least two weeks before the Congress with the substitute delegate's name.
  • Congress Fee includes the following:
    1. Admission to all scientific sessions, poster exhibition and to the professional products exhibition
    2. Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail and Closing Ceremony
    3. 7 Coffee Breaks and 3 Lunches during the 3-day congress
    4. A Congress Kit with a set of Congress Proceeding and name badge
    5. City Tour on 10 June, 2008 (Tue)
